Classes teach life skills and reinforce cooperation, focus, stranger tactics, and many more valuable lessons while having fun learning marital arts and making friends.

This character development program uses Kung Fu as a tool to teach the life skills of respect, courtesy, discipline and perseverance, focused on ever increasing challenges while having fun in a safe environment.

This empowerment program is a great tool for children approaching their teens. The goal setting tools within the curriculum teach how to address and conquer challenges, which translates into their daily life, relationships, academics, and family dynamics.

This fitness program is safe, fun and develops focus and confidence. It includes cardio, strength training, flexibility, 2 person forms and uses protective gear.

Kung Fu is ancient system that uses a mind, body, sprit approach to self mastery. Learn self-defense, awareness, drills, traditional forms and weaponry that provide the perseverance and courage necessary to succeed in any endeavor.

Muay Thai is the martial art of Thailand that fuses martial arts and combat sports using striking, kicking and grappling. Develop strength, decrease stress and enjoy this safe, fun and powerful method of fitness and self-defense. Wraps or gloves required.
SANDA (2x/wk)
MONDAY & WEDNESDAYS 7:15 - 8:15 PM
Sanda is Chinese kickboxing where MMA takes much of its content. This class pairs it with Shuai Jiao (Chinese wrestling) so the range of skills acquired is vast. It is appropriate for beginners and you will feel more confidence as you develop your skills.

TAI CHI CHUAN (2x/wk)

Tai Chi is the internal component of Kung Fu, which is the external. Most dedicated practitioners do both. It is an internal style that is meditative, fluid and has no impact. Using breath work, slow drills and easy to learn techniques, you will gain a renewed perspective of yourself and the world around you as you balance your energies.
