This empowerment program is a great tool for children approaching their teens. The goal setting tools within the curriculum teach how to address and conquer challenges, which translates into their daily life, relationships, academics, and family dynamics.

This fitness program is safe, fun and develops focus and confidence. It includes cardio, strength training, flexibility, 2 person drills, and uses protective gear.

Kung Fu is ancient system that uses a mind, body, sprit approach to self mastery. Learn self-defense, awareness, drills, traditional forms and weaponry that provide the perseverance and courage necessary to succeed in any endeavor.
TAI KICKBOXING

Combining the strikes of Sanda, the kicks of Muay Thai, and the footwork of Western Kickboxing, Tai Kickboxing really lives up to the name. Tai in Chinese translates to "Ultimate" meaning this style of kickboxing is the best you'll learn. Going as far as to add a little bit of grappling from the Chinese wrestling style Shuai Jiao.
TAI CHI QUAN

Tai Chi is the internal component of Kung Fu, which is the external. Most dedicated practitioners do both. It is an internal style that is meditative, fluid and has no impact. Using breath work, slow drills and easy to learn techniques, you will gain a renewed perspective of yourself and the world around you as you balance your energies.
WEAPONS TRAINING
MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY 5:45 - 6:30
Using techniques from traditional Kung Fu, Kendo, and even Fencing, you will learn how to use and defend against a variety of weapons. Classes will include single and partner drills, and even light sparring.
YOGA
TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SUNDAY 11:00 - 12:15 PM
Another mind/body connection practice that will elevate you to a higher conscience. Coming from India, which is the home of spirituality, you will master everything about yourself. Classes include postures meant for strength and flexibility, and proper breath control.
