This is a level that challenges beyond the basics.  Students improve in all the essentials of focus, self-discipline, self-confidence, and more. Classes include traditional Kung Fu drills, form training, and application practice which helps develop the necessary skills to protect themselves in real life. Students who advance through the curriculum, will also learn basic weapons and sparring tactics to further enhance coordination and confidence.
